ما هو مشروع Powered by Women؟
مشروع مبتكر يهدف إلى تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة من خلال دعم ريادة الأعمال النسائية وتعزيز بيئة الأعمال الداعمة.
الأهداف الرئيسية للمشروع
تعزيز قدرات رائدات الأعمال في إدارة المشاريع والتسويق والوصول إلى التمويل لضمان استدامة أعمالهن.
توفير تدريبات متخصصة وإرشاد فردي وجماعي لتعزيز المهارات القيادية والإدارية للمشاركات.
بناء شبكات داعمة بين رائدات الأعمال وربطهن بأسواق محلية ودولية وفرص تمويل متاحة.
تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين في بيئة العمل ومكافحة التمييز والعوائق التي تواجه النساء.
الفئة المستهدفة
يستهدف البرنامج النساء صاحبات المشاريع متناهية الصغر اللواتي أطلقن مشاريعهن في مجالات مختلفة بهدف مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية وخلق مصدر دخل، مع توفير الدعم اللازم لتعزيز استدامة ونمو مشاريعهن.
كيف تسير عملية الاختيار والدعم؟
تمر جميع المتقدمات بعملية اختيار موحدة وشفافة، لضمان تكافؤ الفرص واختيار المشاريع الأكثر كفاءة وقابلية للاستدامة والنمو.

An innovative program designed to support women entrepreneurs managing micro, small and medium businesses to grow, strengthen sustainability, and unlock new growth opportunities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
What is the Powered by Women Project?
An innovative program aimed at economically and socially empowering women in the West Bank and Gaza Strip through supporting women's entrepreneurship and enhancing a supportive business environment.
Key Project Objectives
Enhancing women entrepreneurs' capabilities in business management, marketing, and access to finance to ensure business sustainability.
Providing specialized training and individual/group mentoring to enhance participants' leadership and management skills.
Building supportive networks among women entrepreneurs and connecting them to local and international markets and funding opportunities.
Promoting gender equality in the workplace and combating discrimination and barriers faced by women.
Target Group
The program targets women who have started their businesses to provide stable family income or achieve economic independence, and who need additional support for expansion, improved management, and access to funding opportunities and specialized consultations.
How Does the Selection and Support Process Work?
All applicants go through a unified and transparent selection process to ensure equal opportunities and selection of the most efficient, sustainable, and growth-oriented projects.
